1. Eklentinin Eriştiği Veriler

Eklenti, yalnızca kullanıcı panel üzerinden bir toplama işlemi başlattığında, kullanıcının kendi cihazından şu verilere erişir:

a. Pazaryeri arama sayfası içeriği

• Arama kutusunun görünür otomatik tamamlama önerileri (önerilen arama terimleri) ve göründükleri sıra
• Bu terimlerden türetilen normalize/skor/analiz verileri (frekans, fırsat skoru, pazaryeri kapsamı)

b. Kullanıcı tercihleri ve girdileri (chrome.storage.local'da yerel)

• Arayüz dili tercihi (Otomatik / Türkçe / English)
• Panel boyutu, konumu, hız profili ve daraltma durumu
• Kaydedilen keyword çalışmaları (pazaryeri bazlı)
• Listing Gap formuna girdiğiniz başlık/açıklama metni (yalnızca bu özelliği kullanırsanız)

Eklenti şunlara erişmez: satıcı paneli verileri, hesap/kimlik bilgileri, sipariş/müşteri/ödeme verileri, çerezler veya oturum jetonları.

2. Verilerin Kullanım Şekli

Toplanan öneriler kullanıcının cihazında yerel olarak normalize edilir, tekilleştirilir ve skorlanır; sonuçlar panelde gösterilir ve kullanıcı talebiyle CSV veya XLSX dosyası olarak tarayıcının İndirilenler klasörüne yazılabilir. Tüm işlem yereldir; hiçbir aşamada veri bir sunucuya gönderilmez.

3. Verilerin Saklandığı Yer

a. Kullanıcının cihazında

• Tercihler ve kaydedilen çalışmalar chrome.storage.local'da, kullanıcının tarayıcı profiline özel olarak saklanır.
• Dışa aktarılan CSV / XLSX dosyaları İndirilenler klasörüne yazılır.

b. Cihaz dışında

• Hiçbir yere. Eklenti kendi adına hiçbir harici HTTP isteği yapmaz ve Bluedev bu eklenti için bir arka uç hizmeti işletmez.

4. Verilerin Paylaşıldığı Üçüncü Taraflar

Hiçbiri. Eklenti; reklam ağları, analitik hizmetleri veya başka herhangi bir üçüncü tarafla veri paylaşmaz. Manifestteki host izinleri yalnızca temel işlev içindir ve yalnızca dört pazaryeriyle sınırlıdır — amazon.com.tr, trendyol.com, hepsiburada.com, n11.com. Bu izinler sayfanın görünür içeriğini okumak içindir; o sitelere veri göndermek için değildir.

5. İzinler

• activeTab: yalnızca aktif pazaryeri sekmesinde paneli göstermek ve etkileşim için.
• storage: ayarları ve kaydedilen çalışmaları cihazda yerel tutmak için.

Geniş izin (<all_urls>, arka plan tarama, sekme geçmişi, çerez erişimi vb.) istenmez.

6. Veri Saklama Süresi

• Tercihler ve kaydedilen çalışmalar; kullanıcı eklentiyi kaldırana veya chrome://extensions üzerinden eklenti verilerini temizleyene kadar yerelde kalır.
• Dışa aktarılan dosyalar kullanıcı silene kadar cihazda kalır.

7. Kullanıcı Hakları

• Erişim: Tüm eklenti verisi cihazda yereldir; chrome://extensions veya eklenti arayüzünden görülebilir.
• Silme: Eklentiyi kaldırmak chrome.storage.local'daki tüm veriyi siler.

8. Limited Use Disclosure (Chrome Web Store Politikası)

Eklentinin kullanıcı verisini işlemesi, Chrome Web Store Kullanıcı Veri Politikası'na (Limited Use dahil) uyar:

• Kullanıcı verisi yalnızca arayüzde belirgin olan kullanıcıya yönelik özellikleri sağlamak için kullanılır.
• Kullanıcı verisi başkalarına aktarılmaz.
• Kullanıcı verisi kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için kullanılmaz.
• Kullanıcı verisi kredi notu belirlemek veya kredilendirme için kullanılmaz.

9. KVKK / GDPR ve Pazaryeri Şartları

Eklenti yalnızca herkese açık öneri metnini işlediğinden kişisel veri toplamayı amaçlamaz. Yine de eklentiyi etkileşimde bulunduğunuz pazaryerinin hizmet şartlarına ve yürürlükteki yasalara uygun kullanmak kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Bluedev, yetkisiz veya şartlara aykırı kullanımdan sorumlu değildir.

10. Varsayılanlar

• Toplama yalnızcasiz “Topla” butonuna bastığınızda çalışır — arka planda otomatik tarama yoktur.
• Kaydedilen çalışmalar yalnızca yereldir.

11. Çocukların Gizliliği

Eklenti 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.

12. Pazaryeri / Marka İlişkisi

Bu eklenti Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada veya n11'in resmi ürünü değildirve onlarla ilişkili, onlar tarafından desteklenen veya sponsorluğu yapılan bir yazılım değildir. “Amazon”, “Trendyol”, “Hepsiburada” ve “n11” ilgili sahiplerinin tescilli markalarıdır.

13. İletişim ve Değişiklikler

1. What Data the Extension Accesses

The extension accesses the following from the user's own device, only when the user starts a collection from the panel:

a. Marketplace search-page content

• The visible autocomplete suggestions of the search box (suggested search terms) and the order they appear in
• Normalization / score / analysis data derived from those terms (frequency, opportunity score, marketplace coverage)

b. User preferences and inputs (stored locally in chrome.storage.local)

• UI language preference (Auto / Türkçe / English)
• Panel size, position, speed profile, and collapsed state
• Saved keyword runs (per marketplace)
• The title/description text you type into the Listing Gap form (only if you use that feature)

The extension does not access seller-panel data, account/identity credentials, order/customer/payment data, cookies, or session tokens.

2. How the Data Is Used

Collected suggestions are normalized, deduplicated, and scored locally on the user's device; results are shown in the panel and, on the user's request, can be written to the browser's Downloads folder as a CSV or XLSX file. All processing is local; at no point is data sent to a server.

3. Where the Data Is Stored

a. On the user's device

• Preferences and saved runs are stored in chrome.storage.local, scoped to the user's browser profile.
• Exported CSV / XLSX files are written to the Downloads folder.

b. Outside the device

• Nowhere. The extension makes no external HTTP requests of its own, and Bluedev operates no backend service for it.

4. Third Parties That May Receive Data

None. The extension does not share data with advertising networks, analytics services, or any other third party. The manifest host permissions exist only for core functionality and are limited to four marketplaces — amazon.com.tr, trendyol.com, hepsiburada.com, n11.com. Those permissions are to readthe page's visible content, not to send data to those sites.

5. Permissions

• activeTab: only to show the panel and interact on the active marketplace tab.
• storage: to keep settings and saved runs locally on the device.

Broad access (<all_urls>, background crawling, tab history, cookie access, etc.) is not requested.

6. Data Retention

• Preferences and saved runs remain locally until the user uninstalls the extension or clears its data via chrome://extensions.
• Exported files remain on the device until the user deletes them.

7. User Rights

• Access: all data is local and can be inspected via chrome://extensions or the extension UI.
• Deletion: uninstalling the extension removes all data in chrome.storage.local.

8. Limited Use Disclosure (Chrome Web Store Policy)

The extension's handling of user data adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: user data is used only to provide the user-facing features prominent in the UI; is not transferred to others; is not used for personalized advertising; and is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

9. GDPR / KVKK and Marketplace Terms

The extension processes only publicly visible suggestion text and does not aim to collect personal data. Still, using the extension in line with each marketplace's terms of service and applicable law is the user's responsibility. Bluedev is not liable for unauthorized or non-compliant use.

10. Default Settings

• Collection runs onlywhen you click “Collect” — there is no background crawling.
• Saved runs are local only.

11. Children's Privacy

The extension is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Marketplace / Trademark Affiliation

This extension is not an official Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, or n11 productand is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. “Amazon”, “Trendyol”, “Hepsiburada”, and “n11” are trademarks of their respective owners.
